For over 20 years, Stormies has been an iconic fixture in the heart of Central, a testament to enduring quality and a vibrant atmosphere. Now, in partnership with the esteemed Chef's Market, and under the visionary leadership of Angelo McDonnell, CEO of both establishments, we are thrilled to bring the authentic spirit of German Oktoberfest back to Hong Kong!

After a challenging four-year hiatus due to the global pandemic, our combined teams are united by a singular passion: to reignite this beloved festival for the people of Hong Kong. Stormies and Chef's Market bring a formidable wealth of experience, boasting over 30 years of combined expertise in the food and beverage and hospitality industries right here in Hong Kong.

We are not just organizing an event; we are crafting an experience. Our dedicated team comprises over 100 passionate individuals, each a specialist in their field. From our talented Executive Chefs crafting authentic German delicacies to our expert Beverage and Operations Managers ensuring seamless execution, our strength lies in our collective commitment. We also leverage the skills of a dedicated Production Consultant, Sound and Lighting Consultant, and a dynamic Marketing & Event Team, all working in harmony to create an unforgettable celebration.
