Entry & Tickets
Entry Ticket Required: A valid entry ticket is necessary to participate in the Oktoberfest celebration.
How to Purchase Your Tickets:

Direct Purchase In-Person
Grab your paper tickets directly from the Chef’s Market Salad Counter.

Group Bookings (50+ Guests)
Planning a large gathering? Please email us at info@chefs-market.com.hk to arrange your group tickets.

E-Tickets (Convenient & Digital):
Easy Online Purchase: Buy your E-Tickets conveniently through the Chef’s Market E-shop or our mobile app.
Receive Your QR Code: After purchase, you'll receive your unique E-Ticket QR code via email or directly in the app.
Redeem On Arrival: Present your E-Ticket QR code at the reception desk to collect your Souvenir, Food, and Food & Drink Coupon.
Important Notes on E-Tickets:

Transferable: Your E-Ticket can be transferred to another person. However, once transferred, it will be removed from your account.

Single Use: Each E-Ticket is valid for a single entry and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Date & Time Specific: All tickets must be redeemed on your selected date and time at the Oktoberfest Reception, Central Market. Tickets not redeemed by the specified date will be invalid and non-refundable.

Alcohol Consumption: Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol.

Under 18 Beverage Options: Guests under 18 will receive juice or soft drinks with their ticket purchase.

Venue Policy: Chef’s Market & Stormies reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the premises without compensation for disruptive behavior, failure to comply with event staff, or violation of applicable laws.

No Outside Food or Drink: Please refrain from bringing outside food and beverages into the venue.

No Glass Bottles: For everyone's safety, glass bottles are not permitted within the venue.

Wristbands: Please wear your wristband at all times during the event.

Valid Tickets Only: Damaged or photocopied tickets will not be accepted.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, Chef’s Market and Stormies reserve the right to make the final decision.
